The Eye Clinic is based at Kelsall Surgical Centre in Kelsall, Cheshire.
Our location is a friendly village eye clinic with convenient access and parking for patients seeking exceptional eye care.
We accept patients from anywhere in the UK, including Cheshire, Wirral, North Wales, Merseyside, Chester, Heswall, Liverpool, Birkenhead, Wallasey, Upton, Ellesmere port, Winsford, Crewe, Northwich, Runcorn and beyond.
Kelsall Surgical Centre only provides services to patients over the age of 18.
Planning Your Visit
Driving: Refer to directions provided by Google Maps.
Public Transportation: The closest option for public transportation is bus number 82 with stops on Chester Road in Kelsall.
Parking: We recommend parking in the free public car park on Church street, which is next door to the clinic, which has disabled spaces.
If you require disabled parking with close access to our front door, please contact us.
Information About Appointments.
At The Eye Clinic at Kelsall Surgical Centre, we accept patients with or without a referral and from anywhere in the UK. If you need to drive for your appointment please check with us beforehand. We advise not driving if you are expecting to have an eye or eyelid procedure.
How to Refer a Patient
If you are an optometrist, GP or healthcare professional, you can direct your patient to contact us and we will do everything for you. After the patient’s consultation or treatment, we will let you know the outcome.

Online Booking for Patients
Any patient can contact us for an appointment using our online booking form. Select any Ophthalmologist by name or at a time suitable for your. All patients require a new appointment if they have not been seen at Kelsall Surgical Centre.
